Arinafashion is a trading name of Flaemische Fritten Hannover UG (haftungsbeschränkt), entered in the commercial register of the Amtsgericht Hannover under HRB 229822, with its registered office at Georgstraße 38, 30159 Hannover, Germany. These terms cover your use of arinafashion.com and any purchase made through it. Using the site or ordering from it means you accept them.
1. Who we are and what we sell
We are an online womenswear store selling to consumers in the United States.
2. Eligibility
Orders may be placed by anyone aged 18 or over, or by a minor with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
3. Prices
Prices appear in US dollars. Delivery within the United States is included at no charge. We work to keep listings accurate; plain errors and typographical mistakes do not create a binding offer.
4. Forming a contract
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract exists once we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for instance where fraud is suspected or stock has run out — and anything already paid is refunded in full.
5. Paying
The available methods appear at checkout and payment is handled inside Shopify’s secure environment. Full card details are never disclosed to or retained by us. See our payment options page.
6. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday), after a daily cut-off of 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Carriage then takes 3 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday). Goods leave our warehouse in Ningbo, China, with duties and import taxes already included, so nothing further falls due on delivery. The complete terms sit in our shipping policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on receipt of the parcel.
7. Returns
Returns may be requested for 30 days after delivery. Conditions, procedure and the allocation of return costs are set out in our return and refund policy.
8. Goods not as described
Items are supplied as described. Where something arrives faulty or differs from its description you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or your money back. Contact info@arinafashion.com.
9. Cancelling
An order can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch — email us promptly with the order number. After dispatch it becomes a return.
10. Photography
Products are photographed as accurately as we are able. Screen calibration means colours may still differ a little from the physical item.
11. Our intellectual property
Copy, photography, design and the Arinafashion name are owned by Flaemische Fritten Hannover UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, to cause harm to others, to defeat its security, or to harvest other people’s data.
13. Your data
Set out in our privacy policy.
14. Limits on liability
Our liability is limited so far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, and none of it displaces consumer rights that cannot be contracted away.
15. Complaints
Email info@arinafashion.com. We respond within 24 hours and will work with you to settle the matter.
16. Amendments
These terms may be revised. The version governing your purchase is the one published here when you ordered.
17. Applicable law
German law governs these terms. As a consumer you retain the protection of any mandatory law of the state and country where you are resident.
