Shipping policy
Below is everything about how your order travels: when it leaves us, how long it takes, and what to do if it does not turn up on time.
Delivery area
Arinafashion delivers to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
What shipping costs
Nothing. Every order ships free within the United States, whatever the size of the basket. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.
Order cut-off time
Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
- Ordered before 5:00 PM ET on a business day — processing starts that same day.
- Ordered after 5:00 PM ET — processing starts the following business day.
- Ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday — processing starts the following business day.
Processing time
From the moment processing begins, your order is picked, checked and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Transit time
Once it is with the carrier, delivery inside the United States takes a further 3 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
Counting both stages, most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days of being placed.
Dispatch location and import charges
Orders leave our warehouse at Lane 1177 Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, 315100, China.
Import duties and taxes are settled by us before the parcel travels, and they are already reflected in the price on the product page. You will not be billed for customs, duty or handling on arrival. The checkout total is final.
Following your parcel
A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is collected, and it stays live from dispatch through to delivery.
If the delivery window has closed and nothing has arrived, contact info@arinafashion.com or use our contact page, and we will open an investigation with the carrier for you.
When things run late
Every timeframe above is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Customs checks, carrier congestion and severe weather can all add days, and none of them are within our control. Where a delay happens we will tell you what we know and stay on it until the parcel lands.
